150 Years of Maiden Gully Primary School

In 2025, we are turning 150yrs old! We invite past and present students, families, and staff to celebrate with us on October 30-31.

Celebrations involve:
October 30, 3:45pm-5:30pm, Art Show and 150yr Exhibit.
October 31, 9:15am-11am Formal Celebrations. We begin with a whole school assembly followed by an opportunity to wander through the Art Show and 150yr Exhibit.

State School #1592 was first opened in 1875 as Myers Creek State School. After a fire in 1937, it reopened in 1938 as Maiden Gully Primary School, in Beckhams Rd, before being relocated to its present site in 1988. We have seen a lot in 150 years and we look forward to reminiscing with our community in October.
