Police are reviewing an investigation of a two-car collision in Kyneton on January 14, which has now turned fatal.
It’s alleged a car sped away from police just after 4pm in mid-January, before colliding with another vehicle, occupied by two others.
One of the occupants, a 75-year-old Kyneton man, died over the weekend.

A 38-year-old Heidelberg West driver has had his charges upgraded to dangerous driving causing death.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before the Bendigo Magistrate Court on Thursday.
A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
