One of Australia’s worst weeds has made the Greater Bendigo region home.
Gorse weed is a dense, thorny shrub that is now a major agricultural weed in Tasmania and parts of Victoria.
Christina Boon, Communications and Community Engagement officer with the Victorian Gorse Taskforce (VGT) says it has a major impact on the regions at the expense of our native vegetation.
