Thousands of women and male allies walked through Ballarat’s CBD, calling for an end to violence against women.

The march was held in memory of Samantha Murphy, Rebecca Young, and Hannah McGuire who were allegedly murdered in separate incidents in just 61 days.

Supporters walked from the Ballarat Train Station to Camp Street, before speeches were delivered by a number of local women and the victim’s families at an evening vigil.
