Bendigo Man Sentenced For Sharing Hundreds of Child Abuse Images and Videos

 

 

A Bendigo man has been jailed for possessing and distributing more than 1,300 image and video files of child sexual abuse material on social media. 

 

A Melbourne court heard on Tuesday that the 62-year-old offender’s home was searched by federal police after three reports were made to the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children. 

 

He’ll be eligible for parole in eight months after receiving a near-two-year sentence.
