Melbourne radio legend, Neil Mitchell, announced he is stepping down from hosting his 3AW Mornings program after 34 years on Friday. He will stay on with 3AW and Nine in a new role, including hosting his successful new podcast, Neil Mitchell Asks Why.
Following the announcement, Victorian Premier Dan Andrews expressed his well wishes despite his continued refusal to be on the show or interviewed by Mitchell.
