New figures reveal home prices across regional Victoria rose only 0.02 percent last month, but the North West still remains strong.
The median home price for the region is $376,000, growing 3.86 percent on last year’s figures.

This follows fresh data proving that Bendigo is now the most popular place to live for regional Australians with a massive 300 per cent jump. The December 2023 Regional Movers Index (RMI) showed a boom in the number of regional Australians wanting to make Bendigo home.
