An investigation is underway following a single-vehicle crash at Tongala.
Emergency services responded to reports of a traffic incident on Day Road just before 9.30pm on Sunday, March 8th, with crews arriving to find a vehicle with four occupants had rolled.
Police say one person died at the scene, while the other three occupants were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The identity of the victim, and the circumstances surrounding the crash are not yet known.

The incident happened on the same weekend as Operation Arid – Victoria Police’s statewide road-safety blitz targeting high-risk driver behaviour.
Locally, two motorists were issued notices for excessive speed over the four-day period, one of them in the Macedon Ranges area.
According to VicPol, Woodend Uniform officers spotted a Kia sedan with P-plates displayed on Romsey Rd about 10.30am on Saturday.
That vehicle was allegedly clocked travelling at 126 km/h in an 80km/h zone.
The 21-year-old male driver had their car impounded on the spot at a cost of $1175.
He will be summonsed to appear at Kyneton Magistrates’ Court to answer traffic charges.
This was followed on Sunday by a man accused of speeding near Harcourt.
Officers from Castlemaine Uniform were conducting a laser patrol on the Calder Freeway at about 1pm, when they reportedly detected a red Holden Commodore sedan driving at a speed of 165km/h.
The vehicle was intercepted soon after with the driver, a 25-year-old Kensington man spoken to.
He’s also expected to be charged on summons, while his car was impounded with towing costs of $1874.
