Premier and Member for Bendigo East, Jacinta Allan condemns the “senseless” attacks on religious sites in her hometown, saying “it’s hard to fathom a motive”.
Police are hunting for the couple who allegedly caused $100,000 worth of damage to the Bendigo Golden Dragon Museum and the Great Stupa Buddhist temple.
Statues, stonework, temple artefacts, artwork, and parading dragons Sun Loong and Loong were targeted.
