Latest figures suggest rental pressures in Regional Victoria have eased over the back half of 2023, despite supplies across the country remaining at historic lows and a dip in new rental listings.
Nationally, new rental listings in December there were 4.6% fewer listings than this time last year and more than 20% lower than the ten-year average.
Cameron Kusher from PropTrack says that demand has slowed outside the capitals, moderating regional and rural prices.
