An Under 18 football competition combing the leagues of the Loddon Valley, Heathcote District and Bendigo will be launched in season 2023.

AFL Central Victoria made the announcement that clubs are open to participate in the new league, but not required.
It comes after two clubs, Marong and Maiden Gully YCW, signalled their dissatisfaction with the Under 18 competition in the Loddon Valley league.
It’s also hoped, in time, Maryborough-Castlemaine District league clubs could join the competition is they wanted.
