Further V/Line delays loom as workers strike for 13 hours tomorrow.
Members of the Rail, Tram, and Bus Union plan to bring the regional passenger network to a halt, as part of an ongoing dispute over conditions and pay.
The Department of Transport says, “an extremely limited, infrequent coach replacement service will run for essential journeys with delays of two hours or more expected, including extended wait and travel times.”

They are also advising those driving on key routes into Melbourne should expect increased traffic.
This comes after 3 weeks of strikes and V/Line CEO, Matt Carrick, stating he is ready to talk to workers.
