A vandal has busted their way through a Hargreaves street shop front overnight on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at the Bendigo Baptist Community Care centre, which alongside organisation MADCOW, serves breakfast and lunch to people sleeping rough in the region.
The Advertiser has reported that in the days prior to the vandalism, staff at the centre had threats levelled against them.

MADCOW has said in a statement that they have been forced to close and pause all services until repairs are carried out.
“Our staff and volunteers do so much to help others and they [don’t] deserve this,” it reads.
“So many of our guests are wonderful people, and have to go without until we can make the place safe.”
