Almost half of all short-stay accommodations in the state are based in regional Victoria and those homes are soon to feel the pinch of the new Victorian Short Stay Levy.
To help ease housing pressure across regional Victoria, the State Government has promised 25 percent of funds generated by the Levy will go to Homes Victoria, supporting their work building and maintaining social and affordable housing.
