Following Department of Health advice, Coliban Water says the water in Guildford and Yapeen is now safe to drink.
Residents were advised to boil their water after a burst water main in Campbells Creek led to interrupted supply for customers in the towns and very low water pressure in other areas.
It may have also led to contaminants entering the system.

The main has now been repaired and the supply system has been flushed, with testing now confirming the water is safe to drink again.
Coliban Water advises locals to flush their internal taps for two minutes to draw fresh water into their plumbing.
