A severe weather warning remains in place for Central Victoria this morning.
A cold front is crossing Victoria, bringing damaging northerly winds, averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts of 90 to 100 km/h.
Peak gusts are likely to become widespread during this morning and will persist during the afternoon before easing.
Locations which could be affected include Maryborough, Daylesford, Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh.
Overnight gusts in Bendigo have reached 30km/h, 72km/h at Ballarat and 95km/h at Mount William in the Grampians.
