Police in Christchurch now have three men and a woman in custody after a dramatic roadside arrest and the shooting of at least 27 people at two mosques and a high school.
The New Zealand media is reporting that one of the gunman is Australian man Brendon Tarrant, who live-streamed the shooting on social media
His Twitter account has been suspended and the video removed from YouTube
In lengthy online manifesto , he describes himself as "...just an ordinary white man, 28 years old, born in Australia to a working class low-income family...".
He writes he will plead guilty if he goes to trial and, if he doesn't survive, he'll "...see you all in Valhalla...".
