Police investigating after Muskerry firearm theft

Police are investigating after two firearms were stolen from a Muskerry property.

The offenders entered the property after cutting the padlock on the gate using an angle grinder, then using it again to open the gun safe sometime between July 17 and 20.

A 12 gauge shot gun and .22 rifle were stolen, as well as power tools, a generator, fishing equipment, and an electric bike.
