It's a necessity for many in the mornings, but now La Trobe University is looking at how to perfect the best cup of coffee in outer space.
They'll bring together its best scientific minds to answer just that at their Coffee in Space event this weekend.
The event will show all the challenges of making a cup of coffee in space, including how to make a space-friendly espresso machine, and how to grind coffee beans in zero gravity.
It's on this Sunday, August 18 from 3-5pm, first with a public forum to workshop challenges, before a coffee tasting which will explore how different grinds affect a coffee's taste.
