AFL Victoria has dismissed Maiden Gully YCW's appeal over its player points penalty.
The Eagles were stripped of their premiership points last month after they breached their player points limit of 45 in their win over Calivil United.
Eagles president Chris Garlick had said the side was appealing the severity of the of the penalty that was handed down by the AFL Central Victoria Commission.
The decision by AFL Victoria now means the Loddon Valley League finals have been decided.
Maiden Gully YCW will meet with Calivil United again, this time in an elimination final at Pyramid Hill this weekend, while
