Vandals have left one of Bendigo's parks with a serious bill after it was damaged over the weekend.
Rosalind Park had four of its bins set alight overnight on Saturday, while a number of signs and parts of the footpath were also damaged by the vandals.
Monuments dedicated to community members of years gone by were also damaged by the vandals, after being doused in spray paint.
The City of Greater Bendigo estimates that the total damage bill sits around $10,000, which it will likely have to pay to restore the park to its former glory.
Anyone with information that could assist police with their investigations is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
