Police investigating aggravated burglary in White Hills

Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating an aggravated burglary which occurred in White Hills earlier this week.

Officers have been told that a 70-year-old woman was at a residence in Kirily Court, White Hills about 1pm on 9 September.


A man attended the address and entered the property through the rear laundry.

The occupant approached the man and thought that he was a tradesman contracted to do work on the property.

She left the man in the laundry and it is believed that he boxed up a number of bottles of alcohol stored there and left the premises with them.

The offender is perceived to be Caucasian, about 30-year-old, medium build and with light coloured short hair.

Police have released a computer generated image of a man that they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
