American singer-songwriter Christopher Cross won five Grammys at the 23rd Annual Grammy Awards on the 25th of February 1981.
The album was released in December 1979 and had four top 20 hits Ride Like The Wind, Sailing, Never Be The Same and Say You'll Be Mine.
Cross was the first artist in Grammy history to win all four general field awards in a single ceremony, Album Of The Year, Best New Artist, Record Of The Year & Song of The Year (Both for Sailing).
The feat was was not replicated until 2020 by Billie Eilish.
The fifth Grammy was for Best Arrangement, Instrumental and Vocals.
