Bendigo Continues to Rally Behind the Voice

Bendigo has again shown its support for the Indigenous Voice to Parliament with a rally in the heart of the city.

The rally, in Rosalind Park, hit a high when Local Federal Member Lisa Chesters got the 150-strong crowd to chant ‘Yes now!’ as a vocal show of support for the upcoming vote on October 14.

Minister for Indigenous Australians and Wiradjuri woman Linda Burney, who also attended the rally, says although change may not be “overnight” it would be inevitable.
