Voters in Bendigo East will have a chance to ask state election candidates their most pressing questions this evening.

It’s the second candidate forum run by the Bendigo Sustainability Group, Bike Bendigo and the Australian Conservation Foundation’s local branch.
The forum, which ask candidates to prepare answers in response to 17 questions, will run from 7pm at the Bendigo East Hall.

Event organiser Colin Lambie said they expect all 7 candidates for the electorate to attend.
“If there standing as a candidate surely they should be prepared to come and meet the people from their electorate,” he said.
