A local Kangaroo Flat man has been charged for allegedly selling off stolen cars as part of a major $2 million operation.
Police say the case involves another two men, who reportedly stole, rebirthed and sold off at least 30 Holdens pinched from various Melbourne suburbs.
It’s believed all the vehicles targeted were late model Holden Special Vehicles valued between $50,000 to $120,000.

Police are still needing to recover 19 of the 30 stolen vehicles.
The 32-year old local man has been bailed to appear before the Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court on 30 May.
