Families Encouraged to Walk to School Tomorrow

Central Victorian families will ditch the traditional commute for National Walk Safely to School Day tomorrow.

The annual campaign is celebrating its 25th year promoting healthy habits and fighting increasing rates of childhood inactivity and obesity.

CEO of the Pedestrian Council, Harold Scruby, is urging local families to walk at least part, or all of the way to school.
