House Price Dip in October, But Year-on-year Results Still Strong

Bendigo’s recorded another drop in house prices in October.

CoreLogic figures show a 0.7 percent decrease in the past month, however, the median price for a home locally still remains strong, just shy of $600,000.

In some good news, houses prices recorded an annual growth of 5.2 percent.
