It’s About BLOODY Time for Women’s Healthcare

A new campaign is calling for women with endometriosis to be treated better by our health system, especially those living in regional areas like Bendigo.

It follows a new survey that found nearly half of all sufferers [45%] had to wait more than six years to be diagnosed, with the situation even worse for women in country areas.

News.com.au’s Kerry Warren says they’ve launched an online petition calling for longer Medicare-funded consultations, so women can finally get the help they need.
