Macedon Lounge owner Gaurav Setia could face 10 years in jail and more than 1 million dollars in fines, if found guilty of not paying $7000 in wages.
The Wage Inspectorate of Victoria has filed 94 criminal charges in the Magistrates Court against the Macedon restaurant.
