Ten Central Victorian councils are banding together to address the regional housing crisis following the Victorian government’s commitment to build 152,000 new rural and regional homes over the next decade.
The councils, which include Greater Bendigo, Central Goldfields, and Mt Alexander Shire, will work to jointly appoint and fund a dedicated regional housing officer.
