Residents in and around Rochester may find it harder to access cash after the Community Bank of Elmore, Lockington and Rochester removed its ATM.

The machine was severely damaged from recent flooding in the town.
The bank says they’re exploring other ways to provide banking services to the community until all their services are up and running again.
