Business Victoria’s awarded a grant to Heathcote Winegrowers Association to better understand environmental, economic and social sustainable practices in the industry.
Local winegrower and vice president of the Heathcote Winegrowers Association Madeline Marson said it’s hoped the program will have a ripple effect on the Heathcote community.

“Hopefully we can share those stories that might encourage other agriculture industries, or we can share those findings,” Marson said.
“It’s an exciting time in the region to bring together grape growers and winemakers to share their experiences in the multifaceted and complex area of sustainability.”
